The Q-Club Benchmarking - initiative coordinated by Sistema Susio from 2007 until 2013, sponsored by the Department of Public Administration, involved the municipalities of Milan, Bolzano, Trento, Turin, Venice, Florence, Modena and Bergamo for benchmarking on best practices management for the Quality of services offered to citizens.

Poli-Net 3.0 - multifunctional counter benchmarking

Network Polinet 3.0. Initiative coordinated in 2011 by SistemaSusio with the aim of benchmarking between municipalities equipped with multifunctional branches; the network has involved dozens of municipalities over the years including Casalecchio di Reno (BO), Cesena (FC), Rivoli (TO), Rho (MI), Vignola (MO), Pioltello (MI), Paderno Dugnano (MI), Este (PD), Formigine (MO), Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), etc.
